Need Info regarding Buying on Release Date

Hello everybody, I am new to the forum and to the whole sneaker collecting game and I was looking for some help about buying new shoes on the date they come out.
The shoes I am looking for in particular are:
Jordan 3 “Crimson”
Air Jordan 5 “Grape”
Both in 13's
I need info about
-If I should go to a store or buy online
-What store/website I should go through
-How to find out the actual date the shoes come out on instead of just the month/year.
