probably the only contributor who can say that he/she has worked on every Kanye album

Jay Isn't On The Lyrical Level That He Was On Say Blueprint Time Period. He's Drop Off Slightly. But He Is Still The Best Out Right Now

Wikipedia says Cee-Lo but it doesn't sound like him, even if Cee-Lo sang in a lower tone. But Cee-Lo would've been nice on the hook too
