haha yes, Nov was the date, but i heard this earlier today from a friend of the owner:

"Anyways... Took some pics of EQPT on saturday and let me tell you...that place is lookin fresher than I would have ever imagined! Suppose to open on Saturday... keep fingers crossed! He had some delays because of City permits."
