That one street has nothing but shoe and clothes boutiques, and then theres always South Coast Plaza

The Lab and The Camp are all you need shoes/clothing wise
Then you can go down the street to South Coast Plaza for your Polo/Lacoste fix
Then roll down Bristol for some good eating
Then hop on the 55, make a left at the fwy ending and go take a drive down PCH

Stay away from Balboa Island. Nothing but tourist type stuff to buy. Like stated, The Lab and South Coast is down the street.
