Kerry Rhodes (hate to say it - doesn't have chemistry with Leonhard)
Flacco (Cam Cameron tried to open it up but he wasn't ready for it, Baltimore needs to go back to pounding the rock with Rice/McGahee/McClain)
Cutler (obvious choice, his decision-making has been awful)
JaMarcus (showed flashes in Oakland but lost it this year completely)
LT (has a new role but he's truly regressed, doesn't have too many seasons left)
Portis (got hurt and I honestly think he's done being an effective back in the league)
Marshawn Lynch (maybe the 4-game suspension hurt him but he hasn't run the ball the same)
Pittsburgh Steelers (what the hell happened to this team?)
Kevin Walter (Schaub doesn't seem to look for him as much anymore)
Cassell (can be considered a bust so far but let's give Haley/KC time to put pieces together)
Flozell Adams (dude gets worse every year)
Giants D (Osi and Antonio Pierce declined this season)
Westbrook (I'm an Eagles fan but how injury prone is this guy, thank goodness we got McCoy)
Ernie Sims (can't blame it all on his supporting cast on defense)
Greg Jennings (supposed to be a top 10 receiver, 3 TDs really)
    John Abraham (disappointing season)
Bulger/Delhomme (how did they get this bad?)
Deion Branch (so overpaid it's not even funny)
Leroy Hill (maybe the addition of Curry actually hurt him)
Tatupu (can't stay healthy, I'm tough on the Seahawks cuz their roster ain't half bad they should be competitive)
Dunta (not playing like an anchor on that Texans D)

Probably because Dunta was never the anchor of the Texans defense. That knee and hammy injury done him in.

Forte can be successful with a line though.

Dude went from being a top 5 O-lineman to being an afterthought.

Not every snap, but yes for the most part I've seen at least half of every Ravens game this year. In 16 games last year he had 7 games with a90+ QB rating. He has 8 such games in 13 weeks this year. He's only had two really bad games this year. Just because his team isn't doing as welldoesn't mean he hasn't personally improved.

sort of. joey has been injured the entire season but still has 8 sacks.

still, i'll give you that one.

forte, slaton, and kerry collins should definitely be on that list.

if we gonna be naming people like ed reed in here then i might as well name p manning as his interception #s are getting up ... point is we may want to focuson people that flat out played terrible after good/great/above avg. seasons ...

I don't know a lot of people were high on him and Dunta was definitely expected to be one of Houston's key pieces on D along with Super Mario, Amobi Okoye, and Ryans. Can add Cushing and Pollard now.
