My uneducated guess would be just because it was for Chicago & AS Weekend. Any other city I don’t think they put it on there.

These should’ve been the Chicago All Stars with the zip code tags and stars on the back. Wouldn’t of made them much better than the garbage they released instead, but this is more of a subtle Chicago flag homage.
