nothing really, Nike just changed their sizing. 7 used to be men's size, now it's just considered GS size.

Some nike releases come in both men's 7 and GS 7Y. I think for this release nike was planning on releasing them in men's size 7-13,14,15,16,17 and 18 and grade school 3.5Y-7Y. Does that help?

Yep no problem, I missed your hairs by one size (only had an 11.) This one will be harder for sure, but one release the stars will align and i'll OOP ya!
