Makes sense. That's why basketball shoes were made in the first place, right?
It's 2015. People been wearing b-ball shoes casually for over 20 years now.
U must have heard the UNC 1s thread was jumpin and decided to bless us with your wisdom :smh:

The only reasons I can see that attracts reselling are:

1) The person is too lazy or unskilled to get a job that would pay better than reselling
2) It's fun to have the cool shoe/Sup item/whatever and have people wanting what you own
3) You can do it on the side and help pay for your own pair

I totally get reason 3, I have done it once or twice when it wasn't too hard for me to get one extra.
I just felt slimy for doing it after awhile. I think it's unfair to people (like me) who would actually want the shoe.
So, I no longer do it.

People put alot of work into reselling, like alp here. You can't knock the hustle, but really, education and a good job is SO much better. You always get a check and you get benefits, helpful when you have a family.
I often cop shoes to flip and here's where I stand.

1. I'm an auditor at a Big Four accounting firm. I also have my CPA license.
2. It does feel good to be able to come up on very limited sneakers. It might be like winning at the casino.
3. As a businessman, I find it wise to make money whenever an opportunity presents itself. However, I will not do anything illegal because I'm an educated individual that wouldn't risk my livelihood for a quick buck.

Yeah..dude painted a broad stroke.

I work and get benefits and all that. But why spend my earned income when I can have tom, **** and jane finance vacations, shoes, food, bills, etc.

Not all resellers are broke "boi" scum with no life or future.

Nice man. I wish I would of check the forum last week and came across the EB phone order info. Smh. I still have to get my pair.
Better than calling for 4 days and not even hitting once like me
