White Cements are different tho. BC III's make sense, but I'm still hoping for WC III's. That limited 88 BS...
I wouldn't complain if WC dropped again.. need a couple fresh pairs. The WC 88 release was a mess, and controversial bc of the Jordan sole and $200 msrp. I paid resale for 88s about 6 mos after the initial release, they were right at $340/shp'd. That was pretty expensive at that point, regular releases were still $160. So I was gonna get my money's worth, wore em for a week straight at times.. Definitely my favorite 3 CW. But, I don't even own a pair of BC 3s anymore so I've got my eye out for those too.
Blk cements with na make more sense since WC released few years back but its jb so who knows My 88s on ice so I'll take blacks
I hope it's not fire reds man smh I appreciate the Nike air but I still have my 2013 pair DS. Release the black cements! 🙏🏽
Soooo...heres the thing....if either c/w drops but has the 2016 TB (or for sake of argument,) 2011 TB or BC quality and the 2016 TB price ( or higher, say $250ish) then what? Idk about you but if the 2016 TB, with a stiffer leather (that was on a shoe that feels a .5 size down) and imo will age better then the 2011s once broken in, came out at the price I (thanks to NT community) copped @ $154 (even $190 would have moved more units and had less returns) then they wouldn't have as much hate. When both the 2011 TB and BC 3s came out peeps hated on the quality, but units sold due to the price point. 😂 @ the long post!
It's gonna be FR 3's just because 1.) they're the counterpart colorway to the TB 3's. 2.) they've never been retroed with OG branding , and most importantly 3.) they'll save BC3 for a price increase and or WC3's for an important anniversary date because they're the most coveted Air Jordan's....
Maybe so, the wc3/bc3 get most of the attention, for all the right reasons going back to 88 all star weekend. But fire reds were the "playoff"' edition of this model.
That Shiny black leather and Varsity Red was a deal breaker. Jumpman never bothered me on this shoe since "Air" was still present.
I don't have a problem with fire red, but based on how they sold last time I seriously doubt they would be a Black Friday release. Yes, they were a massive GR.. but BF releases are typically twice as big as a wide GR. Never know with JB, but I'm sure they're not too fond of BF releases sitting long enough to catch deep discounts. Besides, it seems NA releases have been scaled way back this year.. so why release a weaker model if NA is your ace in the hole? My guess is, when FR is released again it will be a typical GR during the year.
