Nike Air Max 1 – Air Attack Pack

The recent limited distribution of some Nike Air Max 1 collaborations have people excited and disappointed at the same time; falling in love with a pair but never being able to get ‘em (without losing an arm and a leg) is beyond torture for a sneakerhead. But erase them from your memory for a moment because a set of Air Max 1s are about to drop, and they’re about to even the playing field.

This upcoming quintet of 87s known as the Nike Air Max 1 Air Attack Pack includes five great colourways of the OG Air Max featuring an eclectic use of textures/materials – patent leather, suede, mesh, you name it. Take note of both the blue and red pair; it features just ONE color which hasn’t been done with the Air Max 1 with such a vibrant tone. Eastbay has definitely stepping it up with their Exclusives, like the Air Max 95 Eastbay Exclusive that was reported just a few days ago. The Nike Air Max 1 Air Attack Pack is set for an April 2010 release so stay tuned!

Nike Air Maxim 1 – Air Attack Pack

Last year brought us a revamped version of the Air Max 1 simply retitled the Nike Air Maxim 1. However, the alterations the shoe underwent isn’t as effortless as the name-change; the Nike Air Max 1 was equipped with Flywire and a Phylon midsole reducing the overall weight of the shoe by 66%. The Nike Air Maxim 1 was brought on as part of the Nike Air Attack Pack (not because its so light) because a shoe with such history given a new-age twist shouldn’t be overlooked. The Maxim 1 comes in five great colourways, so check out the pics after the jump; the Nike Air Attack Pack will be available at Niketown, Nike Store, Nikestore.com, and other select retailers in April 2010.
