Nike Air Max 720s Triple Black Punctured

Hey guys. I've a pair of Nike Air Max 720s.( First pair of Airmaxes I've owned). They've not had much use and have Punctured on one trainer. Should I just dispose of the pair or is it still salvageable? As they're still in excellent condition otherwise.

No offense but 720s aren’t really that great of a show . Are you wearing them for casual wear or are you running in them or soemthing ?
