NIKE SB OREGON COUNTRY BELT

Can someone shed some light on this piece for me? I bought this 5+ years ago after seeing one in a SB promotional mag. I searched for months before finally finding one on ebay. The belt strap it self reads Oregon, with leafy design and a portrait labeled "Mt Hood", and "Ocean Beaches".  The Buckle itself is very heavy and on the back reads "1976: Defacto designer Geoff Hollister designs the "Nike Country" graphic. 1978:Another designer wanting to use the graphic can't find the original artwork, so he redraws it by hand. 2003: History repeats itself, and the type must be recreated yet again-proving that each generation must discover Nike country for itself."

If anyone could shed some info, I'd appreciate it.

only thing i can tell you that it is not a nike sb belt. it says nike sportswear.
