   Walmart this QTR = 8 Billion MORE than This QTR last year.
   
   I don't think they will be hurting if they remove one shoe or get sued by Nike .....
   
   I hope Walmart wins this one...The Lawyers at Nike are too bored to do stuff that affects their bottom line. I don't think Walmarts demo for this shoe andNike's is remotely the same.
