Yes and yes. I have regular/narrow feet and I went true to size. Plush. They fit lovely.

I don’t believe the GR has the Nike Spehere lining. Or else it’s not stated.
Nonetheless they did the retros solid so far.
The OG releases were solid too. My favorite was the white/gold & All-Star.
