yea i agree with half size down, but i didnt know and they were fine to me so try em on first, and they are amazing for bbal, just as long as you arnt a guard, it seems heavy but you dont feel it on the court

i wear a 9-9.5 in jordans and dunks and i got a 9.5 in them and they fit well. i think a 9 would be too tight on me, but if i was you i'd try them on before...
