Ok so I'm on my eMachine that I will soon sell and I want to know how do i restart everything from scratch ? i want to delete everything clean upeverything just as if it were new.?
 
Haha but my friend doesnt care he just needs it for the internet.
 
You still have manufacture cds?...

Does your computer have system recovery?..

It should come with a System Restore disk.

You should be able to boot from the recovery partition (D: drive on the computer that's almost full) when you turn it on.
Keep pressing F11 when the computer is powered on and is at the POST screen (black screen with white writing)...

Do a destructive restore and everything should be like brand new.

If you don't have a restore disk try finding someone else with an eMachine computer that has the same operating system as you do (Windows XP, WindowsVista). Their disks will work on your computer, but you will need to download the drivers from another computer and put them on a flash drive or burn them toCD/DVD and install on the computer once it is restored.
