NT am I getting robbed? RE: Internet Speed

Im with Qwest and Im in their 45.99 tier which is supposed to be "up to 12mbs" download speed.



Should I downgrade to the "up to 7mbs" $17.99 cheaper, would it make much of a difference?

Ill prob go ahead and save that 17.99 I dont think Ill notice much of a difference.
