    Anything by Patrick McManus...though I think you have to be at least a little redneck to laugh at his stories.

    The Great Gatsby...my all time favorite book. The Chocolate War was good, Farenheit 451, I Am The Cheese.

    I love revisionist tales and stories with tragic characters. An interesting book to read is The Curious Case of the Dog in the Night-Time. It's a storydone from the perspective of an autistic kid. The book was really jolting to read but definitely one of the most interesting ones I've read.
