So i'm might seem like i'm trying to take a page out of the homie G14's book by posting something like this but imho opinion it's worth some investigating and probable enlightening for those like myself who don't know too much about it and feel like their are things long forgotten that we gave up in order to live and eat the way we do now.
What inspired this thread was this:
http://niketalk.com/topic/294064/Is-it-harmful-to-keep-your-phone-on-your-lap?page=1
basically the things we use on a normal basis could be affecting our health in a very negative way...since we are the first generations to be exposed to these devices so wide spread. In the thread the homie Wr mentions getting a diode placed on your phone to negate the EMF fields that your phones produce because all these EMF fields have been basically holding us down in terms of energy and who knows what else. I figured it was something like those wrist bands athletes used to wear like a bracelet that was supposed to help them with their game.
This thread is my hopes to compile some ideas, knowledge and use in order for us to be able to live for as long as we can live. It's a fact that there are things we use that could end up being a detriment to our health in the long run...i.e. flouride in our tooth paste, aluminum in our deodorant, BPA, EMF, BHT, parabens in soap...the list is endless and atleast in our generation we are still in contact with some of our older relatives who weren't living in luxury and in a world of immediate gratification so they might have passed down some knowledge to you that could be shared in this thread.
It might be a bunch of b.s. but it's still worth looking into.
Right now as far as health is concerned I'm starting to look into:
