tilapia is good if you just throw it on the bbq with some lime/cilantro.

Just had some really good grouper last night...I seasoned it with a little cayenne pepper, black pepper, and lawrys.

dip the fish in a mixture of 1 egg and some milk then roll it in some cornmeal

i season it with salt pepper paprika and garlic powder

Tilapia is very good.

If you are pan frying fish that is fresh:
1. Coat it with fish coating, cornmeal, or bisquick
2. Get out a frying pan and put some oil in it. (Olive or peanut is the oil for frying.......IMO)
3. When the grease gets hot enough put in a few pieces of the fish and let the first side cook until golden brown
4. When the first side is done...flip it to the other side and let that side cook until golden brown
5. Once both sides are done, take out the fish and place on some paper towels to absorb the excess grease
6. Repeat steps 1-5 with the rest of the fish you want to cook up.

most of the time i
just use salt pepper garlic powder and a little cayenne
that's basically what i use to season most things leaving out the cayenne sometimes

tilipia, snapper, catfish, salmon..

use those cajun or southern seasoningt.. man #$@* is off the hook. eating some right now from Louisiana fried chicken.

Fry it in olive oil. Some paprika on top, and salt and pepper. If you're gonna fry it, I recommend some kind of breading, also, rather than just doing itstraight up.

for the crust use flour and cornmeal
for seasonings just use lemon pepper, seasoning salt, garlic and onion salt.
you should be good. don't be stingy on the hot sauce either
