I have to write an essay about common health practices used in my heritage (Chinese and Japanese). I'm having a little bit of trouble coming up with thingssince my family is fairly Americanized so I wasn't exposed to a lot of other health remedies besides Western medicine. I've talked to a few people andhave gotten some ideas (white flower has been mentioned several times), but I just wanted to get some input from others. What are some examples of Chinesemedicine that your mother or whoever used when you were ill or in pain? Any herbal stuff, patches, etc?
