I like them fried or poached and just a little firm. I hate when I have a cooked breakfast and when you cut the egg is runs all over the plate - that's how my dad loves them. I like them soft but not runny.

I was in a hotel recently and the guy ordered 4 fried eggs (with bacon and other usual stuff too). Seriously? I don't think I could eat 4 fried eggs - certainly wouldn't want to.
