Damn y'all sleep deprived. I'm in college and I still try to shoot for 7 to 8 hours. Sometimes I fall to 6-5ish when I have exams and I can't evenfunction right with that amount.
I can function on 5 hours minimum, but I appreciate getting at least 8. Regardless of age, your body needs 8 hours of sleep to achieve optimum health inaddition to excercise and eating right.
