Well I am applying for a better position at work and the I need something amazing to say since it has limited spots and there are multiple people applying forit.

the question is Why would you like to be a member of the METU team?

Anyways, please don't assume anything (like us knowing wth METU is).. don't assume that your interviewers will know about the work that you currentlydo.. do explain yourself, your credentials, how your knowledge of company inner workings/domain knowledge/etc can help with your next position, and why youwant this job.. and better yet, why you would be ready to do the job (or with minimal training)..

I've interviewed internal candidates for my team before.. and let's just say, it's just company policy to give internal candidates the 1st crack atit.. you're not guaranteed anything.. this should be no different than a regular job interview..

Tell them that you have great leadership skills, you work well with others, you have great social skills and experience......anything to get the position, justgo hard man
