I've never seen the movie, but I've always been fond of the concept. I have ideas on how to improve the world we live in, granted some are lesspractical than others but I digress.
The purpose of this is to lend a helping hand to our fellow human beings. In times like these, everyone can use a bit of help. So starting today, the first dayof June (2009), let's lend a favor to 2 people. It doesn't have to be something huge, but something that will inspire them to pass it along.
People on NT come from all corners of the globe and from different walks of life. Of the 6.5 billion people on the planet, imagine how big of an impact you canmake with just a spot of
HOW
Like I said, it's a simple concept. Just pick any two people and do each of them one favor. The only thing you can ask for in return is that they pay itforward themselves.
Some of you may be skeptical and doubt that others will pass it along, but you have to have faith in people sometimes... because people will actually surpriseyou.sometimes.
Just think about it, if even two people who've read this decides to go out and do something, they stand a chance of inspiring four people... those fourpeople can then turn into another sixteen and so forth... so just imagine how big a difference we can make if the majority of the people from the Generalboards decides to give this a shot.
Change in a process people. You've got to start some where.
