NT, Need Gift Idea.. 1 Gag Gift 1 Regular Gift $30 limit for both

Buddy of mine is having a late Christmas party this Tuesday. We need to bring 2 gifts. 1 Gag gift and 1 regular gift. Max of around $30 for both gifts combined. Im stuck on what kind of gag gift to purchase, any ideas? Theres going to be around 20 people their, so rubbers and shake weights are sure to pop up. I want something different. Also, both gifts must be appropriate for  both genders.
