Some folks have got to get their minds out of the gutter.

To answer the question, I'm 6'3 with a 6'8 wing span. The long arms are great for basketball. They are less helpful for buying shirts though.It isas if clothing designers think that tall people are all 500 pounds. I have to get shirts that are XL or XXL for some brands. This despite the fact that Iusually get polos and tees in size large or XL for a few brands. I guess it is a blessing in disguise because I get the XL-XXL shirt and then get it tailoredand have the torso section made thinner and it looks great.
