I take Black Powder right now when I lift... I hate it.. because everytime I try to stop taking it and I work out, I will get sore/tired SUPER quick during a workout.

When on it I can get through a whole workout no problems.

When I'm off it, well when I first get off it, I'll get to about my 8th set and my muscles feel so weak
