NT, what are good cleats?

My boy is trying to get some cleats and was wondering what is the best type fpr grass fields and turf? Any suggestions?

Something you can change the cleat length on. 1 set of 1/2'' cleats for turf, and 1 set of 3/4'' cleats for grass.
