How do you prepare yourself before attending one?

Do you fap, smoke out, listen to music (what's your playlist before and after), do yoga or go to NT for the lulz?

but i got to go to court in maryland july 23... any help would be appreciated on how to beat this speeding ticket..

i went to driver improvement and one of the answers to the question on the test was to stay with the flow of traffic on the highway... well i did and thats whyi got to go to court.. how do i beat this?

for my traffic ticket i just woke up, showered, got dressed, drove there listening to some fly music, and told the judge to get rid of it which he did

Is it your first ticket? How many do you have? Try to get probation before judgment (plead guilty but provide an explanation and hope you get probation).You'll pay a fine but the record of your ticket will be erased after 3 years or something. If you want to get out of paying the ticket completely, I'mnot really sure. You'll need to give us more details on exactly what happened.

its my 2nd ticket, 1st one got dropped because i got it on prom and the judge said "thats, thats just not right" looked at the cop andsaid"you should be ashamed" and threw it out

i was traveling through maryland to go to WVA (using mapquest directions) was in the HOV lane looking for my exit and trying to find the speed limit causei just came off another highway. saw a cop parked in the left emergency lane cause he just got done pulling over a car then i passed him and his lights werestill on. so i thought he was coming onto the highway cause thats what the cops do in VA (they leave there lights on and then turn it off) he came in the HOVlane and every car hauled butt to another lane and he hit the siren on me so i pulled over. told me i was speeding even though everyone and there momma wasdoing the same speed as me. then wrote me a ticket.
now the thing is, ive never been to court by myself, last time i went i had a lawyer because i got in trouble with something else and the speedingticket was brought up with it. so i dont know what to do or what to say or anything. im hoping the cop doesnt show or i just cop a plea bargain or sumthin, buti dont know how or what to say. help?

Hopefully others with experience can give you some advice, but the first step is if you're going to plead guilty or non-guilty. If you were reallygoing the speed the officer charged you with, then I would plead guilty with an explanation. Since your driving record is otherwise clean, the judge should bepretty lenient. everyone will tell u that u need to dress up but the reality is that it depends on how serious ur ticket is

ok so i read the info on that site, but i still dont understand one thing.

am i suppose to ask for a hearing where i plea guilty with an explanation? or do i just go to my traffic court date and then ask? because it seems as if iwas suppose to send back a notice that i plea guilty with an explanation....

is it to late to do that, if i already have a court date?... ugh... i hate life.

To keep it completely real..in all of the 3 court dates I've had to go to, I couldn't sleep the night before, and even in the morning..it was hard toeat breakfast so my stomach wouldn't be rumbling. I remember showing up pretty early and waiting for my attorney in the parking lot before going into thecourt house.

I was too shook to smoke.
Didnt really eat, didnt really sleep, and didnt even dook.
And those are my three favorite things to do.

You can ask to participate in traffic school which takes the ticket off your record. Speaking of court....Eugh I have to go tomarrow for a trial ready hearingor something like that! I'm up right now because I can't sleep. I dread going to court because its a waste of time. They make you wait for 2 hours justto tell you that "you have to come back in a month"! @$+!!!

Skim NT for the lulz. Pop a benadryl or an opiate to calm the nerves. Eat good and get some sun light. Listen to the radio (for some reason this is the ONLYtime I EVER listen to the radio, as opposed to CD's or MP3's)

i actually got a ticket for drinking in public ($125

),and the 15days is up and it is now 3 days late..my boy said i should not pay the ticket because he said the cops that gave it to me wont show up..and because its late hesaid i should just re-open the case and plead not guilty..any ideas on what i should do lol?
