CBD in it's current iterations might not all be beneficial. Some companies are even sending stuff out that make have trace THC.

My employees are required to smoke. R&D part of the job. We operate heavy machinery daily too. Only people who get impaired by weed are people who don’t smoke frequently. Alcohol is far more dangerous.

I wrecked a car driving while high/smoking just wasn’t paying attention to the road was spaced out. My reaction time was affected.

I will not get high and drive at night. Day time no problem.
I just hate driving at night in general though. I have special yellow glasses that are supposed to help but I’m super sensitive to any lights at night.

Same I probably need those glasses, the dumb led lights people put on their car really bother me here in Houston seems like everyone drives with their hi beams/leds
To my defense it was raining bad but I was really caught up in a daze, listening to the conversation in the car, nipsey Crenshaw was blasting lol I was thinking I was driving slow enough to pump the break n stop, but I was going a bit faster n I had to slammed on the break slide into a other car wrecked mine, theirs was ok and the people was ok too.
I still smoke n drive occasionally like going to eat, but I honestly just rather wait to smoke until I’m home with no responsibilities.

the hard part about this is that cannabis stays in the system much longer than alcohol and illicit drugs so metabolites can be present at a high level even a month after no contact.
i work in a substance abuse treatment center and we piss test all of our employees because there's a zero tolerance policy. my views on cannabis; however, are that it's much less damaging than alcohol. less damaging to the body. less damaging to society.

Man I drive baked almost everyday... never been in an accident that was my fault.
I rarely vape before work because I interact with too many people... plus I hate vaping.. I only do it to mask the smell

Drug testing where I work is nonsense. Been here 7 years and only got tested when I got hired. Unless someone snitches I could be on anything.

Not that it should matter, but does anyone wake/bake and in the STEM field? Not just research/R&D type roles, but more so surgery, patient interaction, engineering troubleshooting, or hell, even deal with heavy machinery. I feel if you are in a easy 9-5, office situation, retail, restaurants, then I don't see the issue being baked on the job. Although if you're arguing that it's okay to be baked in a professional setting, that's an entirely different issue.

Before my boy got fired for being late too many times, me and him would smoke evey chance we get: right before work, during breaks (three breaks), and after work. On top of that i smoke when i get home. People at work knows im baked all the time but cant do anything about it cuz my production is always on point
