James is out at RT against the Panthers on MNF. I read his future with the team is in doubt. This is becoming a nightmare long term, we have a ton of holes to fill on this team. I feel like this is said every year since Jeff Ireland was taking over GM duties from Tuna

He has a hand in this. He wanted Julius, who is terrible. He wanted Cutler, who is terrible. Does Gase deserve no blame for poor coaching? Poor playcalling?
Look at this team. They quit. No fight. This is no better than any Joe Philbin football, 45-14 on national TV.

This team is an absolute embarrassment. Shutout in London, national TV. Shutout in Baltimore, national TV. Beatdown by Oakland at home. Getting blown out here, emphatically. Blowouts should not happen at this rate
P.S. Its absolutely on Gase that at 10-7, minute left in the half, clown coach decides to call pass plays instead of running th clock out. Boom 17-7 and that's all she wrote, instead of competitive football in the 2nd half.
