Spring Ball in the air. Offseason hype trains starting up. We all can lie about our squads
That's pretty cool, re: the USC vids
The things that some of these social media folks come up with at times are pretty incredible
Everybody stronger and faster, every unit is 2 deep and the QB is ready to take that next step
Team is closer than last year, brotherhood, out to erase the problems of last year etc etc
New Vibe around the program, the new coaches are the GOAT
Oh, and how can I forget Random Player A who hasn't done **** since his Jr. year of HS is DEFINITELY going to break out this year
I guess your paying for the "guarantee" but wouldn't a 500K donation been enough to get your kid into SC?
Not if you have to forge a test in this handwriting
Listening to PAPN and I didn't realize that FAU starts off with OSU and UCF. If you're Lane and OSU gets up on you early, how late in the 2nd half are you benching your starters in an effort to not have them beat up vs UCF the next week
3rd quarter. Can’t get blown out by OSU if you want to sell the future and FAU being among the crop of mid majors that can run with anybody but if it’s a foregone conclusion then your season centers around being the “best” G5 with the most exciting offense.
Mike Farrell wrote something about Urban inching his way over to USC. It was copy pasted onto the 247 board but the mod deleted it. I don’t generally believe most of what Mike says and I don’t have a Rivals pass to post it here, so I don’t know if it’s just wild speculation. At this point where there’s as much smoke as there has been about him poking around there has to be the tiniest bit of truth to it right? Right...?
It may not even be a blowout early on. Lots of new faces for OSU on offense. I don’t think OSU will lose but it could be one of those third quarter 7-14 point type leads
The former Hawkins coaches who run Premium Sports 7on7 And were banned for recruiting were hired as the Inglewood HS football coaches. Probably means less city kids transferring to the private schools, and I saw something about transferring for sports reasons being legal now in the LA school district? Not sure if Inglewood is in that though. @casper90403 @ecook0808
Inglewood is not in the City League so that won’t apply to them.
Interesting hire. Its a great hire but he can't win there. Facilities are probably so poor too.
Embezzlement or “good, strong, offers”?
Elway throwing shade at college offenses:
Fellas all these years we've been talking about bags but it looks like we needed to get in the SAT college scam game for the real bags. $25 million to help rich kids gets into college.
Farrell is absolutely awful, but don't think he's too far off on that one. Not that it really takes someone with inside sources to be predicting that though...
And LSU might be pretty ****ed if what's out there about the Our Lady of the Lakes stuff is true. Get that taxpayer money involved in the bag game and the place might be burning.
@casper90403 Saw that SC will announce it just hired a new president, a woman, very soon.
First step in a regime change.
Funny thing is that the one back stuff he ran in HS with his Dad was really the first "spread offense". http://smartfootball.com/offense/the-original-one-back-spread-offense#sthash.V8q1Xkut.dpbs
I don't think he was hating on college offenses or the shotgun though. The offense they want to run does require quite a bit of under center stuff (even lil shanny who has modernized it quite a bit still does a lot of the stuff his dad used to run from under center), and I can see where he was getting at when trying to explain why it's hard to project college QB's to the NFL.
He's an idiot for thinking Flacco has anything left and for probably drafting Drew Lock in the top 10 for all the wrong reasons, but I don't really see anything wrong with that soundbite.
Elway might be one of the worst QB evaluators in the league
good luck to her. Tough job ahead
I'll LOL if it's Wanda Austin
