they are riding cold batters too. You just ride the best hitters you have and assume that an elite offense will eventually get good at bats

Cashman rebuilt the Yankees and made Houston World Champs at the same time. SMFH. Let Verlander go to Hou in 17 in a salary dump; didn't want to give up both Andujar & Frazier in a deal for Cole, fearing a Sonny Gray failure. Betances would have made a difference this PS. Found Gold in DJ/Gio but the hitters that hit .230-240 end up hitting .091 in the PS. Is GC like glass that he can't suck up in play?

Giancarlo asked to play. Was told no.

Cole was not an Ace when he was traded to Astros. We can hindsight it all day. Astros struck gold. But he was nowhere near who he has been for Houston when he was with Pittsburgh.
