Look at Shawn Porter and Danny Garcia for examples . They respect and listen to their pops too much and it affects their performance. Even Floyd has issues with his pops in his corner but he was good enough to overcome it

Same exact issue with Teo. His pops wasn’t being brutally honest with him

Agreed. Tito Trinidad's pops kept telling him he was winning the fight against Hopkins. Father, trainer, friend, etc. it doesn't matter, trying to give someone false confidence is never the right way to go.

Yes men is boxing is a killer but that usually turns up when money starts coming in. It’s not what happens in the corners, it’s what they hear during the training. They keep hearing they’re good enough when they’re not putting in the work like they used to.

Teofimo has special physical gifts. Punching power, explosiveness. Dude is a FREAK ATHLETE. But it simply ends there. He has very average pure boxing ability. Dude was getting his *** kicked the entire fight from beginning to end just loading up on one shot over and over and over. No jab, no head movement, no ability to cut off the ring. Nothing.

He runs into major issues If he cant get you out of there within 6 rounds. We first saw that vs nakatani, vs lomachenko, and again last night. Dude was definitely concussed during that post fight interview also. Slurring his words talking about he won 10 rounds.

My man lomachenko is even more pissed that he never got that rematch now more than ever. Last night was clear why teo refused to fight him again even though he wouldve made more money in that fight than any other fight available.

All respect to Kambosos. He fought a great fight and made it look easy. True definition of real self confidence and belief. Not this made up **** like the majority of these fighters nowadays.

Wouldn’t even say all that. He’s good, and the fine, but he’s not great. Only a few can be. In the days where a rematch was in the works out of respect he’d be fine, but in todays world of 1 loss and you’re out . His disrespect to the game is gonna undo him. Now nobody has to fight him. It’ll be him begging for shots. That doesn’t stack up well to the persona his daddy made him

Think it was me. You could see something was off with him. Haney said the same thing. Even in the corner when he went back in between rounds dude was off. His wife/family and boxing taking a toll on his mind. He needs to take some time away.
