Nah, the game caught up to Gus with his acolytes getting HC and OC jobs making what he wants to do a lot easier to defend, but he wasn’t nearly the off the field nightmare that Freeze is.

Sounds like Troy Taylor is the other guy getting buzz among their boosters according to Mandel. Sac St is 11-0 this year under him.

I feel like CU would be a good start for him. CU is a school in a weak Power 5 conference. With the portal he can have them back on track in no time. CU has a good football history as well

Yep. Moving from the SWAC to the PAC-12 is a HUGE jump. And, Deion needs to be in the South. He can’t touch Texas at all but he will be able to find some guys in Florida in surrounding states.

Naw USF is in a non power 5 conference. Colorado is in the Pac-12 and have a pipeline to CA and TX. Deion will get players regardless.

He’s been there for a while believe it or not. I’m still surprised he never went back to coaching at all. Then again the game was passing him by at the time the scandal broke

If coach prime does indeed come here to Colorado, I will personally pick him up at the airport with my Subaru Outback. Heck, I’ll even remove one of the child seats out of the back if he doesn’t want to sit up front with me.

But we all know Colorado would be a stepping stone for something bigger. He could win more games at USF, and quicker too. I think it’s a No brainer if those two were choices
