No, Messi was on the radar from real early on.

But isn't that chart from this year? You said he called them for last season. If it makes you feel better, Liverpool has been punished for Klopp calling out the refereeing. Minus bloodied Gapkos chest and got away with it. Salah was thrown on the ground in the game before and they disallowed a clear and obvious goal under these offside rules that they make up as they go along. I will say this. The officiating has been horrendous.
