No. Those are just a vachetta colored, not treated in the same way as leather you'd get from hender scheme, for example

Snakes are NOT releasing with the socks on SNKRS per @nikestore on Twitter. Guess I’ll have to try and grab one pair from Europe.

But hey, I'm a big sock guy and if I were able to get these for free/with the pair...I'd def take em. Would never wear them with the shoes though.
