What does a man say after finally putting his dream shoe on his feet for the first time.
…almost 40 years after watching them come out.
Initial thoughts:
1. Was really struck by the shade of red and how much darker it is then what it looks like in pictures. Almost more of a deep crimson red. Much different than the red on my Bred mids.
2. The leather isn’t blowing me away right out the box. Red toe box leather feels soft and sweet, but the black leather doesn’t seem like anything to write home about. Maybe it‘ll soften up after a few wears. But as it stands now, I like my Shadows better.
3. Glitter definitely doesn’t come off completely after a microfiber wipe down. The soft leather care brush helped a lot. But I may need to break out the wipes to get it gone. Actually not too worried about it. It kind of adds character.

I can see a lil glitter on them. But I’ll defer to someone else on legitimacy.

I mean I am no expert legit checker or anything like that I don't work for ebay/stockx/goat... all I know is that these days you never know, those shoes could be fake, that woman could have been a man, that burger could be made out of plants, you're taking a risk just getting out of bed every morning so ya know, I dunno.
