It was time, and we don't know if OP from the other thread made it to Vegas or survived Vegas.

As silly as it sounds for those that live in Southern California and frequent Las Vegas, to most that don't frequent they may think Stratosphere is a hop and a skip from the hot spots, it isn't. Click on the map to expand it, even though it's a 2013 map it's already outdated since the Sahara is closed (*No one cares*).

Hasn't been updated, doesn't include Hakkassan at the MGM Grand or Light at Mandalay Bay. Both are new additions this summer season, and worth checking out. Hakkassan for it's amazing DJ lineup and Light for it's overall experience (According to reviews). XS Night Swim also isn't included, its on Sunday nights.

If you are not from the LA area, there are a lot of establishments setting up shop around the strip. Fogo de Chao, Morton Steakhouse, Ruth Chris all have locations near the strip.

Also hear great things abou the steakhouse at Circus Circus, although I have never tried it myself. Del Frisco's (Howard Hughes Ave) and the Golden Steer are also highly rated but off the strip.

Buffets

Buffets are very popular in Vegas, and most of the best ones are those that have amazing seafood. If you don't like seafood, like myself, you are usually SOL when it comes to bufffets and just paying a high price to see friends gorge on seafood. Here are some solid buffets, in no particular order. If you don't have a taste for seafood I suggest a steakhouse or a fine dining establishment.

Wicked Spoon (Cosmo) - Great variety, doesn't rely on seafood.
Sterling Brunch (Ballys) - Expensive, but if you like seafood it's well worth it (caviar), also bottomless champagne.

"$20 Trick":

1. $20 Bill and fold it.
2. Place it in between your CC and your ID.
3. Hand it to the person checking you in, politely ask if there are any upgrades available.

Don't give more than $20, not necessary and wont get you more. If they can't, they usually can't. Most will return the $20 if they can't do anything.

This question comes up all the time, so I thought I would list out my suggestions based on type of music preferred and by night (roughly in order from left to right).

Here are some examples on how to use the list. Assuming that you want open format music only:

you are only in Vegas on Tuesday. My picks for you would be:
1. 1OAK @ Mirage, 2. Hyde @ Bellagio, 3. Pure @ Caesar’s
you are in Vegas from Tuesday to Friday. My picks for you would be:
Tuesday Hyde, Wednesday Chateau, Thursday Tryst, Friday 1OAK or Tuesday 1OAK, Wednesday Chateau, Thursday Haze, Friday Tryst (i.e. these lineups avoid a double-up of 1OAK on Tuesday and Friday, even though it is the best spot for open format on both these nights)
you are only in Vegas on Friday. My picks for you would be:
1. 1OAK, 2. Tryst, 3. Haze, 4. Tao, 5. Bellagio, 6. Pure
you are only in Vegas on Saturday. My picks for you would be:
1. 1OAK, 2. Tryst, 3. Haze, 4. Tao, 5. Bellagio, 6. Pure (which is identical to the above)
you are in Vegas on Friday and Saturday. My picks for you would be:
Friday Tryst, Saturday 1OAK (even though 1OAK is my first pick for both nights, you should aim for some variety)

That's the plan, Jack Colton influence is going to be heavy simply because it's a great site, but it can be intimidating to scour multiple message boards and lets be real some folks just want to be hand fed information, which is fine.

I'll begin scouring tomorrow. Probably put it in a word doc and transfer over. It will be updated since Vegas changes all the time.

Ok as stated in the other thread, my friend best man didn't even have anything planned for the bachelor party and the wedding is only a month away. Smh. So I took the liberty of throwing it.
We are doing 24hrs in Vegas, 9am and fly out Sunday 7am edc weekend. 24hrs to live theme..
Like I said I want to do a scavenger hunt Vegas style. I would like help with a list.

Get a girl to show animal printed panties or bra
Dance battle a street performer
Get 2 girls to kiss
I said take a shot of 151 because I'm a cognac fan.

BTW Light has been getting killer reviews, if anyone has been there feel free to share.
