I know this is a tad bit early, but %%!% it, the mystery surrounding that movie has forced me to make this post. So as new info comes out, you can post it here.

Here's the trailer for those that don't know what I'm talking about.

Directed by: Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight)
Starring: Leonardo DiCaprio
Plot Synopsis from IMDB:

In a world where technology exists to enter the human mind throughdream invasion, a single idea within one's mind can be the mostdangerous weapon or the most valuable asset.

From Wikipedia:
The film explains how an idea can change the course of history. As the plot progresses, it follows Cobb (DiCaprio) in his mission to steal a potentially disastrous plan that can alter everything on Earth.

If anyone has more to add, feel free to share the info.

I'm not going to get excited until I have some idea of what the hell the movie is about. As of now I'm not sold.

So uhhh anybody have any idea what this flick is about? Dream thieves? They better watch out for the Dream Police (they live inside of my head).

Just checked out IMDB. Cast is STACKED.

Dude's ambition keep escalating and he skill is matching it. The best part is: it seems like the cg works in service to the story and character development. Avat:rolleyesr

If only Hollywood would stop smacking down Aronofsky when he gets that ambitious.

official synopsis
"Acclaimed filmmaker Christopher Nolan directs an international cast in an original sci-fi actioner that travels around the globe and into the intimate and infinite world of dreams. Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a skilled thief, the absolute best in the dangerous art of extraction, stealing valuable secrets from deep within the subconscious during the dream state, when the mind is at its most vulnerable. Cobb's rare ability has made him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, but it has also made him an international fugitive and cost him everything he has ever loved. Now Cobb is being offered a chance at redemption. One last job could give him his life back but only if he can accomplish the impossible—inception. Instead of the perfect heist, Cobb and his team of specialists have to pull off the reverse: their task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they succeed, it could be the perfect crime. But no amount of careful planning or expertise can prepare the team for the dangerous enemy that seems to predict their every move. An enemy that only Cobb could have seen coming. This summer, your mind is the scene of the crime."

reading that and watching the trailer

It definitely looks intriguing, I can see potential in the plot...the writers strike definitely hit a huge flaw in Hollywood lately. I'm tired of seeing and hearing about remakes and sequels to terrible movies. So a new script is something good.

Ellen page is in it, and I'm not a fan of hers. I think she's very lucky to be in a movie with DiCaprio and Michael Caine. I wonder if she's going to pull off that sarcastic don't mess with me act.

This sounds good....

the whole mind control idea reminds me of acid...it's a lot more real then you think, the government was very involved in that movement.
