I'm sure you can get flash after a jailbreak is released. How stable it will be, who knows?

No specifics have been announced yet. You can say you trust the rumors, but I didn't see any rumors of no home button until Apple released the pic today.
I'm looking forward to my first iPad. I'm going to get my mom a 2 for her bday.
