Yes. Largest size in the all stars they had was size 11, plenty of sizes in the Blackouts.
They also had a pair of the KD 11 Peach baskets I think they’re called in size 12 for retail plus 20% off. Black/gray and Oreo flyknit reacts for $110. Couple pairs of Kobe NXT 360’s in the black multi colorway, I picked up the last size 12 came out to $60 something after using my MVP card

Went to the Citadel Nike Store and there were no Melo 13's in sight. I saw a FSR of chlorophyll 3's and sizes 10+ on the Platinum Tint 11's.
