if any of these big signings busted like the xander bogaerts signing, the dodgers would get meme'ed to hell and this wouldnt be an issue. the only difference is that the dodgers hit on all of their big signings. and its not even like the dodgers "outbid" everyone for mookie and freddie.

blame the red sox for trading mookie to the dodgers and giving them an opportunity to extend
blame the braves for bringing in olson to replace freddie (who wanted to stay)

but this notion of the dodgers "buying" championships is so lame. folks went from "mickie mouse ring" and "theyre going to get swept in the NLDS again!" to crying about fairness real quick.

Yeah I don't think he's coming back. He was pretty bad most of the season. Friedman isn't going to give out a 3 year deal off like 3 good starts. Rotation is already full too. He has to make a lot of tough decisions with our 40 man already almost maxed. We can't sign everybody
