Official NBA 2005-2006 Season Predictions

Quote:
oh boy that was a good one, you do know the reason his stats are down is because his min are down reason they did that because guess what player in the NBA since 1998 has played the must basketball games period.
Which is why his body is breaking down. His MPG and Games played have gone down every year since the 02-03 season. Do you also believe that knee wont give him trouble this year?

but his min go up in the playoffs, TD had the summer off he should be more fresh this year and he still wont reach his career high in min why should he.

The Oklahoma City Hornets will go to the playoffs..

Sell out the Ford Center and get swept outta the first round.

Thank you and goodnight.

Fresh has a point. Duncan hasn't played more than 70 games in the reg. season the past two years. They're more a result of injuries than aging though.

wait tim duncans on a decline but iverson isnt? straight comedy. yea puff, puff, pass.

Iverson put up career numbers last year. puff, puff, pass.

T2:GR - it's a state of mind...

Some of you need to realize that unless the rule was changed this year, the top 3 seeds go to the highest ranked team in the division. So outcomes like...

1. Spurs
2. Rockets
3. Mavericks

Don't make sense becasue they're all in the same division.

Because they are the best team in their division. Which means they will likely end up in the top 3 of the West.

Freah, please give up on your sports predictions, they are garbage... Still predicting Tenn to win the nat champ are you? And how you gonn ahve the sixers winning it all, and the knicks not even making the playoffs in the east?

Edit: and how you gonna say you were the closest? you were so far off last year... wrong champ, wrong conf finals, not very good playoff spotting... You were only the closest if others wre picking a WNBA eam to win it
So it turns out there was no Red Sox Curse...

They just sucked for eighty six years...

This was an OBJECTIVE prediction, a lot of people on here seem like they must be tossing their fav team in 3rd or 4th place just so they will be in the mix. my fav team is the raptors but i have enough sense to know they wont make the playoffs.

Nascar,and Poker ARE NOT SPORTS!!!

^ that is on point IMO. Wont Ben Gordon be starting though? and i doubt Timmy will get the defensive POY. I completely agree with the eastern conference standings - but i would probably stick Denver above Dallas in the West. Melo is gunna have a big year and dont sleep on Julius Hodge. ROY will prolly go to somebody in Charlotte.

Lakers 47-35 out in 2nd round

som of this is comedy.

Nuggets in the finals? Sixers? You gotta be kidding me.

The only teams that have potential going deep into the playoffs are:

Spurs
Rockets
Mavs
Heat
Pistons
Pacers

And fighting for playoffs...

Warriors
Lakers
Wolves
Sixers
Clippers

those that made it last year who won't make it...

Suns
Sonics
Wizards

Those are just the predictions I'm positive of... of course there are other scenarios.
