It does feel more durable, feels like a heavier, tighter weave mesh if that makes any since, almost like a heavyweight ripstop nylon.

Definitely makes sense. It looks beefy no doubt lol. Glad you got your pair in so quickly.

you know one pic doesn't mean every shoe is gonna be that shape. its totally random with 998's whether you get a good pair or not.
