Herringbone remind me of the 997PAK. One of the highest quality 997 I ever seen in person. All of the small detail pieces, that are usually plastic, are composed of leather on that shoe.

Thinking about trying to grab a pair of these 550s that everyone’s raving about, but i’m concerned about sizing.

My feet are sensitive to narrow toe boxes, but i’ve seen reviews recommending a half size down because of heel slippage.

What works for you?

I go half down but if you're worried about the toebox then go TTS, the toe box on the 550s is tight.

hello everyone, i don't know if you also noticed it but i noticed that new balance to increase the price of these new balance made in uk?

Anyone know where I could get those 990v2s online? Perhaps on sale :nerd:

If you’re in the US, check your local NB stores. Seems like every store in my area has stock of gray V2s. You can check local store stock online as well. Just not sure how accurate it always is.

Yup. i'm a wide footer and i went a half size down to deal with the heel slip and they fit fine but, I've also had a pair in my TTS and they worked fine. The heel slip is noticeable but, it is far from anything to be worried about. That's what laces are for after all.
