Im surprised Chi is winning that series. I seriously thought Vancouver (not that they dont) had a shot at going to the finals. They still do but it will betough.

Chicago has been pretty amazing at capitalizing when they need to.

You can leave the thread now, what does that have to do with the stick Ovechkin is using? Nothing, contribute or leave. I wouldn't be surprised if Ovechkinbecomes a Nike Bauer guy anyway if his contract with CCM is close to being up.

yeah ok bud...what I meant was it doesn't matter what contract you have with who. You don't have to wear and use everything they make look at anyother player in the league most of them don't use same brand everything. I didn't know I could offend you gingersaintbad by talking about hockeyequipment.

^It's common sense that you don't have to wear everything with the company that you've signed too. I just brought it up because I remember seeingAO use a CCM stick, and then just yesterday saw that he was now using a Bauer stick. Some times in your contract the equipment company will make you usecertain products and certain equipment. Stick/Skates/Gloves/Helmet are the products that we notice most, so some companies may say "Oh, by signing with usyou understand you can't use a competitors stick". Obviously we don't know what AO's contract is like with CCM, but I just found it funny thathe switched sticks.

^I think the teams that go into the playoffs with the least expectations do the best. San Jose going in as the best team in the regular season had all thepressure on them, and with their playoff record it was just a disaster waiting to happen. With Boston, they're just hitting a little funk but seem to beplaying better so far tonight (up 3-0 in the 3rd). I always say playoffs is a whole new season and anything can happen, that's what make the playoffs sospecial and fun to watch IMO.

yeah except detroit...If chicago wins out I want to face the redwings I think we could have a great series. Although I want Anaheim to take the series againstDetroit. I remember earlier this season Pittsburgh had everything going wrong with the powerplay and then they fire the coach sign Guerin and Gonchar getshealthy they have a PP again and end up lighting it up headed to the playoffs. With Malkin and Crosby anything is possible I guess. Boston had an amazingregular season as did San Jose. I think the sharks just ended up facing a great playoff team which is the ducks they have great veteran leadership.

Great win tonight. Building was rockin. Fans started hucking rally towels and water bottles at the ice after Walker's shot on Ward.

Haha no thanks. Nokie has been pretty good for us. Today he was playing second line center, which is a bit of a reach, but he's got good speed.
