I went true to size in them. They are not cuffed like the tech fleece jogger but they are slim throughout the legs.

Is the current gen TF (black interior hang tag) run consistently smaller than previous (red interior Screenprinted tag)? Used to wear L in slim fit, but needing to get XLs now.

Yes. Sorry for the late reply, I have the newer style pants and they do feel a little tighter but not by a lot to where I have to size up. I still go true to size in past and present generations.
But it could also be a weight issue as well. Lol.
