How do I even get podcasts? I have a Galaxy S4....

 

You can download them on your computer through their websites then transfer to your phone via usb cable to the music folder.

any app I can download and listen/download to my phone direct?

 

Not sure bout the S4 (Iphone 5).. I would download from iTunes store on your computer and drag it over to your phone if possible. Try google

 

If you are on Android there is a few apps that will play Podcasts, I use IPP Podcast Player

Beyondpod is solid for Android if you're looking to get into podcast. I highly recommend it one of the few apps I bought.

 

What is the difference between this and the free apps?

 

Starting a video podcast in January with a couple of my homies.....wish me luck NT

We'll be talking about current events, random stuff, and guy stuff lol. Should be fun, not trying to make money or fame out of it, just want to get our voices out there to the masses

 

That's wassup, post it in here when yall get it started. Me and my homies from college are gonna start a podcast, 1st quarter 2014. Trying to work out the logistics right now.

Anybody have recommendations for podcasts that are interview based? I prefer those over hearing cats ramble. I've been going thru the archives of The Champs (Neal Brennan/Moshe Kasher) and they have some good guests, check out the Lex Steele, Baron Davis, and Questlove episodes.

Only one I have to add from my previous posts is Stuff You Should Know, it's basically 30 min podcasts about random topics you may have wondered about. (ex. Rasputin, How Credit Works, How Bitcoin Works)

 

Its free to use also, I bought it because it was like 99¢. It has a bunch of features

 

I use the iCatcher app for iOS, I like it way better than the default. The Juan Epstein podcast is great for hip hop heads.

Adam Scott (Parks & Rec, Step Brothers) and Scott Aukerman (Comedy Bang Bang) sort of talk about U2.

But it's mostly just them ******* around for an hour. They interrupt the podcast to do other "podcasts" basically to avoid talking about U2.

Anyone know of a good Art/ Fine art podcast that I can listen to?

None of that silly instructable stuff of how to be a better photographer either.

Im searching for something that talks more about contemporary themes, stories, and artists.
